This scumbag US Navyman Olatunbosun Ugbogu was finally arrested and turn over to Kanagawa Prefectural Police of an innocent taxi driver Masaaki Takahashi on March 19th.Being that I have a nephew stationed in Japan,this scumbag has made this harder in Japan for the Sailors and people of color in Yokosuka.....DAMN!
