Bersama sahabatnya Armasan (Aming), Kabayan sukses membuat Boss Rocky pusing tujuh keliling. Tapi saat Boss Rocky menyadari kalau Kabayan jatuh cinta dengan akuntannya, Iteung. Boss Rocky menemukan cara yang paling jitu untuk mengalahkan Kabayan. Boss Rocky pun memerintahkan Iteung untuk menjadi mata-mata, menjebak Kabayan supaya mau menandatangani surat perjanjian jual beli tanah dengan iming-iming cinta. Supaya Iteung tidak bisa menolak, Boss Rocky pun mengakali orangtuanya, Abah (Didi Petet) dan Ambu (Meriam Belina), supaya ikut berperan serta menipu Kabayan. Kepada kedua orang tua Iteung itu, Boss Rocky memberi janji kalau ia akan tetap menjaga kelestarian alam kampung dan bahkan mendirikan masjid atas nama Abah.

Karena yakin Iteung adalah bidadari yang diturunkan Tuhan untuk dirinya, Kabayan mau saja menandatangani surat perjanjian jual beli tanah, sehingga Pesantren dinyatakan terjual. Kabayan dan segenap warga pun menunggu kedatangan Iteung si calon penganten, dengan sia-sia. Kabayan merasa malu dengan warga, bertekad untuk ke Jakarta dan mendapatkan Pesantren serta Iteung kembali. Ditemani Armasan, Kabayan pun pergi ke Jakarta.

Namun di kota, Abah dan Ambu ternyata sudah terlanjur merestui rencana pernikahan Iteung dengan Boss Rocky. Abah berjanji akan membatalkan pernikahan Iteung dan Boss Rocky, serta akan mengorder Boss Rocky untuk membatalkan pembelian Pesantren, dengan satu syarat. Kabayan harus bisa mendapat 1 Milyar dalam seminggu. Kabayan dan Armasan pun memeras otak. Kata orang, tidak ada yang tidak mungkin di Jakarta. Dan ternyata memang benar. Banyak sekali keajaiban yang ditemukan Kabayan.
