Ring Neck Generate Stroke Risk
Most people are fond of and satisfied after a successful neck ring. Typical movements that may be hard to break habits. Apparently the custom is believed to reduce soreness. Unfortunately, if done too often can increase the risk of stroke.
Typical movements that produce sounds like a broken bone is actually due to the release of gas in the synovial membrane that surrounds joints. The gas is out of the membrane as a result of strong pressure at the neck or waist played with mengentak movement.
Release of these gases are not harmful, and even can help relieve stiffness and aches in the joints. Soreness can be reduced for a while, though usually will come back again when the synovial membrane begins to fill back by air.
Fitness expert from New York, Henry S. Lodge, MD said neck ring the habit is more dangerous than other parts because it can increase the risk of stroke.
"In some women, rang the neck with a typical movement reportedly can increase the risk of stroke. Presumably because this triggers an artery or blood vessel damage," said Lodge, as quoted from MSN Health.
Actions move the neck so as to produce a sound like a broken bone is never recommended by experts. If you do not want to feel the aches, the most appropriate choice is to move or make more frequent physical activity.
Even if forced to do so because it may already be a difficult habit is lost, then the motion should not be made too strong and mengentak. Repeat naturally, not be forced too rotate or bend so as to give an extra burden because it can lead to arthritis or arthritis.

Jogging Can Improve Memory
Based on research by Cambridge University, jogging can trigger the growth of hundreds of thousands of new cells in the brain associated with memory. Jogging routine a few times a week will improve memory significantly.
Timothy Bussey, neurologist involved in the study, said that regular jogging will maximize brain function. In general, exercise will improve oxygen supply to the brain.
The study was conducted with an experiment on two groups of rats. The first group of rats had unlimited access to roam, with an average travel 15 miles or 24 kilometers per day. While other groups have access to roaming restrictions.
Two groups of mice were then exposed to experimental hall with a distinctive character on each side. When your nose touches the left side, the mice will receive sugar as a gift. If the nose touching the right side, the rats will not get anything.
In a memory test, the rats that had unlimited access to roam tend trained to touch the left side of the aisle are studded 'gift'. The tendency is nearly doubled compared to mice that have a limited mobile access.

Join A Health Club, Get A Gym Membership And Stay Healthy
No matter what your reason is, it is important for an individual to stay fit. Many people follow strict diet plans and avoid junk food to achieve their goal. In today's time it is actually difficult to do so. The definition of fit is different for everyone. Some people think that staying in shape is fit and some feel that following the right diet plan and getting the right nutrition for the body is the being fit.
No matter how you define it, it is very important for you to work on your body, Well no matter what you eat as long as you work it out it really does not matter. If you plan on losing weight then you have to mentally prepare yourself. Also, you have to stay motivate that is because once you lose your motivation you would be off your trail. Before you go ahead and take that expensive membership at the neighborhood gym, here are some few points to consider. I am sure that the counter person at the gym would tell you how amazing the gym is and why you should join it as soon as possible.
Three Major reasons you should Invest in a Gym:
When you see other people working out it gives you a push. There is a lot of difference in working out at home and at the gym. At the gym you have so many options to choose from, so much variety that you. Do not get bored and stuck into a monotonous routine. On certain days you may want to use the treadmill and on the others you might not, so you see you never get bored this way.
Personal trainers are the best!! If you have a good one trust me you have won half the battle already. Personal trainers not only push you they understand your needs they know your body type, they know what would suit you and what would get your body in the best shape possible. They not only help you in the gym they also tell you what diet to follow, they know your favorite foods and give you the best suggestion possible. They are actually the ones that keep you in good shape.
If you want to join a gym you can and if you do not want to you don't have to the choice is always yours. It's easy to make the easy choice, but when it comes to your health you should try to do the best thing possible. Small steps that you take rite now will help in the long run; trust me, all your work out sessions will pay off.

Why Too Much Computer Use Is Bad for You
It has to be said, computers are great, but they are also bad. They are good in the sense that they enable us to do many things which we otherwise wouldn't be able to do, and they connect us in ways we couldn't have dreamed of many years ago. However, there is a bad side to computer use, and in this article we are going to take a look at the main ways in which your computer could be harming your health.
It's Bad for Your Eyes
Staring at a computer screen for too long is bad for your eyes and makes you feel tired. As a species, we didn't evolve in a way that was suited to staring at one thing for hours on end, especially if it's something close up because this is more straining for our eyes than looking at something further away. It's much better for our eyes to look at different things at varying distances.
One way to combat this is to have your computer near a window. Every few minutes you can look up from your screen and look at the more distant view outside. Another good way to combat it is to force yourself to take a complete computer break every hour. You can even download free software which reminds you every hour to take a ten minute break.
It's a Very Sedentary Thing to Do
When you're sat staring at a screen all day, you're usually so focussed on whatever it is that you're doing on the computer that you're not really moving your body much. As a species, we evolved to be active. Sitting in front of a screen for hours on end is not an active thing to do.
Of course, many of us have jobs which involve a lot of computer use. In many ways this is unavoidable. However, as well as the suggestions mentioned above, there are other ways in which we can address this issue. Reassess your computer use in your job. Do you need to use your computer for everything? For example, instead of sending someone an e-mail, why not walk round to their desk and talk to them.
We Miss Out On Other Fun Things
If you spend all day on a computer at work, I'm willing to bet that you probably use a computer at home quite a lot too. When you've finished your hard day at the office, you like to enjoy watching funny videos, browsing interesting web pages, and chatting to your friends on Facebook or Twitter.
The problem with this is that not only does it mean you will have spent almost the entire day staring at a screen, but you will not have had the time to do other activities which you may otherwise enjoy if you didn't have a computer. For example: reading, going for a walk, visiting your friends in person (instead of just chatting online on Facebook), or maybe even going to the gym. Or let's say it's the weekend. What are you going to do? Spend the day playing an online game, or actually go out somewhere nice for the day?

Adding more whole grains into your diet as healthy foods will benefit your health, as well as for you who are on a diet to lose weight. But you know what grain and what health benefits?
What Is Grain?
Grains are the seed (or kernel) of a plant. A single seed of wheat contains three different parts: seed coat, endosperm and seed. If the three parts of wheat included, food is considered as wheat.
Seed coat. The outer layer of seeds: rich in fiber, vitamins B, 50% to 80% of the mineral grains, and phytochemicals to enhance your health.
Seed. Embryos in it: rich in vitamin B, vitamin E, trace minerals and small amounts of healthy unsaturated fats, phytochemicals and antioxidants.
Endosperm. Quintessence: contains carbohydrates, protein and some types of small amounts of vitamin B. Granules are milled, cracked, or flaked grain, including the skin, seeds, and most of the quintessential kernel (endosperm).
Some examples of seeds that easy we meet is: wheat, oatmeal, corn kernels, red rice, white rice, whole grains, Amaranth, millet, quinoa, and buckwheat.
Benefits Seeds For Health
Medical evidence has shown that consumption of whole grains on a regular basis can reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, cancer and diabetes. Consumption of whole grains regularly reduces your risk of obesity, as measured by body mass index and hip size ratio, and can lower your blood cholesterol levels. Some types of food in the world offer different benefits to health.
Grains contain phytochemicals and antioxidants. Consumption of whole grains as much as 3 times a day has proven beneficial to reduce the risk of heart disease by 25-36%, stroke by 37%, type 2 diabetes by 21-27%, digestive tract cancers by 21-43%, and cancer-related hormone by 10-40%.
Consuming the type of grain right in the right quantities can help you:
# Lowering your triglyceride levels.
# Lowering your blood pressure.
# Controlling your insulin.
# Constipation and other digestive disorders.
# Helping control your weight.
# Slowing the buildup of plaque in your arteries.
# Enter Grains in Your Diet.
Here is an easier way to incorporate whole grains into your daily diet:
Replace half the white flour with wheat flour in your recipes on the cake, muffins, breads and pancakes. Or add the flour from other grains by 20%.
Replace 1 / 3 of flour in your recipe with oats.
Add a half cup of cooked bulgur, wild rice, or barley.
Add half a cup of wheat that has been cooked, wild rice, brown rice, bulgur or barley into your favorite foods.
Use corn flour to make corn cakes, corn bread and corn muffins.
Add 3 / 4 cup uncooked oats for every kilogram of beef or chicken while you make meatballs, burgers or meatloaf.
Mix a handful of oats into yogurt, for faster thick so it does not need to be cooked.
Eat whole grains at least three ounces or a minimum of one ounce per day. By doing this you have reduced the risk of various diseases and also helps you achieve a healthy diet. Grains are very tasty and healthy. If you really want to achieve optimal health, the grain is a complete source for nutrients, antioxidants and phytochemicals important for the health of your body.
Well, now add whole grains to your healthy diet everyday. And get the benefits of whole grains to your health!

Triclosan in Toothpaste Make Way More Germ
Besides the antibacterial toothpaste, triclosan is also often used in hand-washing soap and cosmetics. Even when first discovered 50 years ago, these compounds are also used to clean the skin surface during surgery.
But lately, the use of triclosan in fact make the Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety in the EU and the FDA in the United States worried. Because the compound is thought to be triggered resistance or immunity of bacteria to antibiotics.
Laboratory studies indicate this compound may cause mutation of genes in several species of bacteria, including E coli, salmonella and listeria. It is feared mutation that would make the treatment of infections become ineffective.
Nevertheless, the dangers of triclosan is still limited to a warning because the votes are lacking sufficient evidence. The FDA suggested the existence of further studies to confirm these allegations.
Quoted from Dailymail, Wednesday (10/13/2010), the function of triclosan in toothpaste is to reduce plaque-causing bacteria. If not controlled, these bacteria can lead to gingivitis, or inflammation of the gums.
Its use is growing in popularity from year to year. Recent investigation of the U.S. Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) even showed 75 percent of Americans urine containing triclosan.
