It has been brought to my attention that Scotland has a national hand hygiene campaign brought to the fortunate public by those luvvies at Health Protection Scotland. Not only is money being spent on TV adverts but also on 'sonic washroom posters' that are located in not only toilets but also bizarrely at cashpoints.
