About Japan
Today Japan is the world's third-largest economy. Located in Eastern Asia, Japan is an island chain between the Sea of Japan and the North Pacific Ocean. With an area of 377,915 sq km Japan is a traditional society.
After decades of civil war that ended in 1603, Japan witnessed a long period political stability. Japan rose to be a regional power in the 19th and 20th centuries. In 1931-32 Manchuria was seized by Japan which launched a military campaign against China. During the Second World War, Japanese forces attacked US in 1941 resulting in the entry of the US into war. A large part of East and Southeast Asia also came under the control of the Japanese forces. However, the defeat of Japan in World War II, the scene underwent a change. After the war, Japan became a major economic power and continues to be so till today.

This time the most powerful earthquake knocked the door of Japan measured 8.9 magnitudes after at least 150 years on Friday 11 March 2011. The water spread across the rice fields, and towns. The water dragged warehouses; factories, houses, cars, ships and everything come in the way. At least 50 people killed but according to police the no. is more than 10000 people and thousands of people out from the house. The Earthquake strike Sendai Town. Japan witnessed for so many wars and also known for the Hiroshima and Nagasaki Atom destructions.
