NEW YORK – The five men facing trial in the Sept. 11 attacks will plead not guilty so that they can air their criticisms of U.S. foreign policy, the lawyer for one of the defendants said Sunday.
Scott Fenstermaker, the lawyer for accused terrorist Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali, said the men would not deny their role in the 2001 attacks but "would explain what happened and why they did it."
Ali, also known as Ammar al-Baluchi, is a nephew of professed 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
Mohammed, Ali and the others will explain "their assessment of American foreign policy," Fenstermaker said.
"Their assessment is negative." {more}
More than a few Israelis were detained after the 9/11 attacks and although low level, and certainly not 'masterminds,' they were persons of interest and should have been detained for an indefinite period as possible 'enemy combatants.' After all, setting up a camera before the attacks began, laughing and dancing around when the towers were hit, failing polygraphs and working for the mossad should be good reasons to suspect involvement. I wonder what they would have told after being waterboarded a couple of hundred times. See here and here and here for some Israeli dancing lessons.
Mossad agents sent back to Israel...
"Our purpose was to document the event"
And the Israelis thank us with a 9/11 victims memorial, probably paid for by US taxpayers.
Doves fly after being released during a ceremony unveiling a new memorial for the victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks, just outside Jerusalem November 12, 2009
Israeli fire fighters carry US flags.
While we, supposedly, are to have trials for 9/11 enablers; the wars for resources, drugs and Israel continue. These trials are obviously looked at as a chance to solidify the lies of 9/11 and continue the empire and the psyops for generations to come. Look for some surprises, maybe even 'events,' before the confessing arabs get their day in court.....
