A fist full of dollars - for a few dollars more

Call me cynical but when Clinton and Bush team up to orchestrate money for a humanitarian purpose I have my doubts.

Especially when he makes the statement ...
"When I work places, everybody knows I don't tolerate corruption."

Clinton was named UN special envoy to Haiti last May.
Haiti is important to the former president, a former Clinton administration official said, and was the first place his administration intervened abroad. In 1994, Clinton ordered the U.S. military to intervene in Haiti to restore Jean-Bertrand Aristide to power several years after the former president was ousted in a military coup.
Aristide and his regime's corruption is well documented. (unless this is CIA rewritten history}

Aristide is now crying for his homeland and wants to return from exile and help rebuild.
